Beavs, Ducks Out Of Pac 12 Tourney

College Baseball: 

Oregon State came back to win 3 to 2 over Arizona State yesterday. However, Arizona lost to Cal so OSU won’t move on to the semi-finals.

Oregon lost to USC 4 to 2 yesterday to get knocked out of the tournament.

Both the Beavers and Ducks will find out on Monday where they play in the NCAA regionals .

MLB: 

The Giants won 7 to 6 yesterday scoring 5 runs on 5 hits in the 8th inning in another comeback victory. A weekend series with the Mets starts today. First pitch from New York is at 4:10.

The Mariners are leaving New York with a split series after getting shut out by the Yankees yesterday. The Ms move on to Washington DC today. First pitch against the Nationals is at 3:45.

NBA:

Portland held pre-draft workouts with six players yesterday including potential first rounders Adem Bona from UCLA and Cal’s Jaylon Tyson. The Trail Blazers will have the 7th and 14th picks in the first round, and then 34th, and 40th in the second round in next month’s Draft.

Soccer:

The Portland Thorns take their 6 match win streak to Orlando today at 4.

The Portland Timbers have Sporting KC tomorrow at 7:30.

Local: 

High school State tournaments today - Softball, 5A Quarterfinals: 5 seed Caldera plays at 4 seed Lebanon and 2 seed Bend hosts 7 seed Wilsonville. In 4A 9th seeded Crook County is at number 1 Henley,

5A Baseball Quarterfinals. 8th seed Summit is at number 1 Canby, 3 seed Ridgeview welcomes Wilsonville the 6th seed, and 7 seed Mountain View is at 2 seed Thurston. 3A, 6 seed Sisters is at 4 seed Pleasant Hill, and 7 seed La Pine plays at number 2 Banks.
