College Football:

2 and 1 Oregon State is a 5 and a half point favorite against the 1 -1 Purdue Boilermakers in Corvallis tomorrow. Kick-off from Reser Stadium is at 5:30.

The number 6 ranked Oregon Ducks have their Bye week. The conference opener for the Big Ten season is at UCLA on Saturday the 28th.  Hear more on the Oregon Ducks Insider daily podcast at KBND dot com. 

MLB: 

The Mariners held off the Yankees 3 to 2 yesterday. Logan Gilbert went 5.1 striking out 9 while allowing the 2 earned runs. Only 1 of Seattle’s runs was earned. Now the Ms begin a weekend tilt with the Rangers. Then a big series with Houston on Monday, before the season finishes against Oakland. It’s all pretty much a must win from here on out. First pitch from Texas is at 5:05 today.

The Giants couldn’t get the sweep, falling 5 to 3 to Baltimore yesterday. San Francisco’s long road trip continues in Kansas City today. First pitch against the Royals is at 4:10.

NFL: 

San Francisco and the LA Rams battle each other this week with both teams missing stars. The 49ers are favored by over a touchdown. Kickoff is at 1:25

Seattle has the Miami Dolphins this Sunday. The 2 and 0 Seahawks are favored by 5. Kick off is at 1:05

College Hoops:
The Oregon Men’s full schedule and Women’s Big 10 schedule is out. Both teams start conference play in December against USC.

Soccer: 

 

The Portland Timbers take on Real Salt Lake tomorrow night at 6:30. 

Local: 

High School - Football, Its the final non-conference tune-up. Bend, Mountain View, and Ridgeview are on the road, and Caldera and Summit have home games.
