NBA:
The Trail Blazers back to back wins over Minnesota this week were fueled by the play of guard Shaedon Sharpe who poured in a career high 33 points including a highlight reel putback slam in Wednesday’s win. Sharpe returned to the line-up last weekend after a shoulder injury in training camp kept him out for the first handful of games. The other bright spot Wednesday night was Rookie Donovan Clingan, filling in for injured center Deandre Ayton, putting together a double-double with 17 points and 12 rebounds, and tallying an even more impressive EIGHT blocks. The Blazers are now 5 - 8. They’re off until Sunday when Atlanta visits.
