NFL: Week 14
The Seahawks tightened the lead in the NFC West after taking down the Cardinals yesterday. Geno Smith was an efficient 24 of 30 for 230 yards with a touchdown in the 30 - 18 win where the rushing game was also effective without injured starting running back Kenneth Walker III. Seattle has won 4 straight to get to 8 - 5 a game ahead of 7 - 6 Los Angeles with Arizona slipping to 3rd at 6 -7 with the 6 - 7 49ers still technically alive to win the division after a 38 - 13 victory over Chicago which snapped the three game losing streak. Next it's a quick turn around and another potential divisional shake-up when the 9ers host the Rams Thursday.
