OSU Shortstop Recognized...Blazers v Wiz...OSU Men BB Senior Night

NBA:

Portland’s two-week road trip takes them to the nation’s capital to take on the Wizards today. The Trailblazers have won two in a row bringing the record up to 25 - 33. Deandre Ayton won’t play but he’s the only regular with any injury designation. Tip off against Washington is at 4.

College Baseball:

Oregon State junior Aiva Arquette has been named the Brooks Wallace Award Player of the Week by the College Baseball Hall of Fame given weekly to the nation's most outstanding shortstop. Arquette is 11-for-25 on the season, with three home runs, six walks, eight runs scored and 10 runs batted in. Defensively, he has played error-free baseball over the first seven games of the season, recording 26 chances. 9th ranked Oregon State is 5 -2 facing Baylor in Arlington, Texas Friday.

The number 11 Oregon Ducks are the only Big 10 team ranked in the coaches and other polls. Columbia visits Eugene starting Friday.

College Basketball:

The Oregon State men are heading into their final week of regular season play in the West Coast Conference. It’s the last home game and senior night when San Francisco visits Gill Coliseum. With a win, the Beavers would set a new program record with 16 home victories in a season. Tip off is at 8 tonight.

College Football:

Oregon State head coach Trent Bray announced Mike Cavanaugh will return to the Beavers as the program's offensive line coach. Cavanaugh returns to the same position he held for 10 seasons from 2005-14.
