NBA:
Portland is now 2 - 0 on its two-week road trip after taking care of the Wizards yesterday. Washington did keep it interesting most of the game before the Trailblazers pulled out the 129 - 121 win to get the record up to 26 - 33, 4 and a half games out of playoff contention. Shaedon Sharpe led the team with a career-high 36 points and had a dunk of the year contender to boot. Scoot Henderson and Anfernee Simons each added 16. One injury note, Deni Avdija left in the 1st quarter with quad soreness. The Blazers are on to Brooklyn tomorrow.
College Basketball:
The Oregon State men enter their final week of regular season play in the West Coast Conference with a possible NIT invite on the line. But the Beavers coudn’t get past San Francisco in a back and forth game last night at Gill Coliseum. Next the Beavers face number 23 St Mary’s Saturday.
The Oregon State Women take on St Mary’s tonight. Tip off is at 6:30.
College Football:
Oregon State head coach Trent Bray announced Pat McCann has joined the Beavers football team as the program's wide receivers coach. McCann comes to Corvallis after three seasons at Fresno State, where he served all three years as the wide receivers coach and last two as the Bulldogs' offensive coordinator.
A record 12 Oregon players will be at the NFL Combine starting in Indianapolis today.

Oregon State plays five games in Arizona at the ASU/GCU Invitational, co-hosted by Arizona State and Grand Canyon. The Beavers match up against the Sun Devils starting at 5 today.

In the final OSAA boys basketball coaches poll of the season; Caldera is number 1, Redmond is 5th and Summit is 6th in 5A. Crook County is 5th and Madras is 7th in 4A, Trinity Lutheran is 5th in 2A.
