NBA:
The Trail Blazers have lost back-to-back games. Portland was bested 119-97 by the Golden State Warriors on the road. Shaedon Sharpe put up a team-best 19 points in the setback. The Blazers will be back home Thursday to take on the Atlanta Hawks.
CFB:
The U of O’s D is going to need some shoring up. While several players announced they are staying in Eugene, On3 reports Oregon is undergoing the largest transfer portal turnovers since Dan Lanning became head coach.
Many of the players are 2nd team defenders. Several players could be following assistant coaches.
Both of the Ducks offensive and defensive coordinators are now head coaches at other schools.
OC Will Stein is now at Kentucky and DC Tosh Lopoi is at Cal. A handful of starting defensive players are seniors or likely going to the NFL.

CBB:
The Oregon Men are another notch on the 17 – 0 record for Nebraska. The Ducks got down early in Lincoln last night and fell 90 – 55 to the number 8-ranked Cornhuskers.
Oregon State men return home to take on Loyola Marymount U tonight at 7.
LOCAL:
The new Boys Basketball polls are out. In class 5A Crook County is ranked number 2 and Summit is number 4, in 4A Madras is number 3, Bend’s Trinity Lutheran is number 2 in 2A.
In 5A Girls Basketball Redmond is 3, Crook County is 8th, Summit is 9th.
