NBA:
The Trail Blazers are 22 – 22 on the season after a three-game win streak.
Portland has been linked by media members to trade talks with Golden State’s Jonathan Kuminga. The Warriors forward is looking to get out before the trade deadline. The Blazers have been rumored to have Jerami Grant, Robert Williams III, and Jrue Holiday on the trading block.
The team’s longs break last until tomorrow when the Heat visit the Moda Center.
NFL:
The Seahawks host the Los Angeles Rams Sunday for the NFC Championship.
The running game will be without the team’s top rushing scorer Zach Charbonet, who has a torn ACL. While Seattle will lean on RB1 Kenneth Walker III, options at a backup include the veteran Cam Akers and potentially George Holani. The former Boise State standout has been on injured reserve but is eligible to play this week if healthy.
We’ll know more when injury reports are released later today.
NFC Championship Game Kickoff is 3:30 this Sunday in Seattle.
CBB:
The Oregon Men lost 68 – 52 to Michigan State last night. The undermanned Ducks hung around in the 1st half but were eventually overwhelmed by the 10th ranked Spartans late in the 2nd.
The Oregon Women have Minnesota tonight. The Ducks are 2 – 5 in the Big 10. Tip off against the Golden Gophers is at 6.
The Oregon State men play St Mary’s tonight at 8.
CFB:
Oregon finished ranked number 4 in the final Associated Press Top 25 and Coaches Polls. The Ducks only losses the past two season have been to the eventual national champions.
