Oregon State beat Loyola Marymount 72-69 on the road. Josiah Lake The Second led the Beavers with 13 points. Washington State beat Seattle U 70-58 at home. Rihards Vavers paced the Cougars with 24 points. Portland lost 74-51 at Pacific. Joel Foxwell scored 13 points for the Pilots. Today, Washington is on the road to play 10th-ranked Illinois and Portland State will host Montana.

The women's college basketball season continued yesterday. Number 24 Washington beat 16th-ranked Maryland 83-80 in double overtime. Oregon beat Rutgers 74-53 on the road. Today, Oregon State will host San Diego, Washington State is on the road to play Santa Clara, Gonzaga will play San Francisco on the road, Portland will face Saint Mary's at home and Portland State will battle Montana on the road.
