NBA:
The Trail Blazers still have Jrue Holiday and Jerami Grant on the roster after the trade deadline came and went yesterday.
Yesterday the team announced point guard Scoot Henderson would play for the first time this season after tearing his hamstring in training camp.
Henderson, the former number 3 overall pick is in his 3rd year.
This gives the teams a healthy roster for the first time this season, other than star Damian Lillard who we knew would miss all of this season with an Achilles tear.
It would appear the time is now for Portland to try to make a playoff run with this squad.
They sit in 10th place in the Western Conference after losing six in a row.
All-star forward Deni Avdija has been severely missed since he’s struggled with a back strain. He’s listed as questionable for this evening’s contest.
It’s the first of a back-to-back with Memphis.

NFL:
The Seahawks are practicing in San Jose ahead of Sunday’s Super Bowl.
Seahawks coach Mike Macdonald talks about switching up the practice intensity.
Coach Macdonald says the Super Bowl is why they make a trade off throughout the season.
The Seahawks are 4.5-point favorites. Kick off just after 3:30 Sunday.
College Basketball:
Oregon State, fresh off the comeback win over Washington takes on Gonzaga, still smarting from their upset loss to Portland. Tip off form Gill Coliseum is tomorrow at 3.
The OSU Women play Portland tomorrow at 2.
The Oregon Men play at Purdue tomorrow at 10. Coverage starts at 9:30 on KBND.
The Oregon Women play number 9 Ohio State Sunday.
