College Basketball:
Oregon State has announced men's basketball coach Wayne Tinkle will not return for the next season. After twelve years leading the Beavers, Athletic Director Scott Barnes, who is quite embattled himself by Beaver Nation, says it's time for a new direction.
Tinkle helped guide the team to an NCAA Tournament run in 2021.
The school announced in a press release a national search for the next Men’s head coach will begin immediately.
The Beavers are at Santa Clara tomorrow.
The OSU Women have senior Day tomorrow against Loyola Marymount.
The Oregon Men are at Northwestern tomorrow morning. KBND coverage starts at 10:30. Tip off at 11.
The U of O Women host Washington Sunday.

19th ranked Oregon State opens play in Frisco, Texas today taking on Houston at Riders Field for the Frisco College Baseball Classic. The Beavers play Alabama tomorrow and Iowa Sunday.
Number 9 Oregon is at the Live Like Lou Las Vegas College Baseball Classic playing Arizona today, UC Irvine tomorrow, and Vanderbilt Sunday.
SOFTBALL:
Number 17 Oregon hosts the Oregon Classic in Eugene this weekend. The Ducks play Stetson and Idaho State today. Then Stetson and Samford tomorrow, finishing with Samford on Sunday.
Oregon State is in Fullerton California playing East Texas A&M and Cal State Fullerton today, number 4 ranked Florida and Cal tomorrow, and UCLA Sunday.
