(Seattle, WA)  --  Cornerback Walter Thurmond is the latest Seattle Seahawks unrestricted free agent to sign a deal with another team.  Thurmond has inked a one-year contract with the New York Giants for three-and-a-half-million dollars.  The "Seattle Times" reports free-agent defensive end Jared Allen, who's considered to be one of the NFL's top pass-rushers, visited the Seahawks over the weekend.  Seattle has five unsigned free agents remaining on its roster.
