Number 20 Oregon is getting ready for the Big 10 conference opener
Head coach Dan Lanning spoke about 12th ranked USC during his media availability after yesterday’s practice.
“Coach (Lincoln) Riley's teams are always really hard to stop offensively. I think they've become, pretty dynamic when it comes to, you know, special teams. Obviously, I know they had the, the fake against them in the last game, but they're doing some stuff different there. That's a challenge, new coordinator on defense as well with Coach Patterson, who, provides a, a myriad of looks that are challenging to prepare for, and then they have a team that has a lot of talent as well. So, the environment, I'm sure is going to be unbelievable there at the Coliseum.”
It will be the first time coach Lanning leads the team in Los Angeles.

Oregon State’s standout quarterback Braden Atkinson is the Pac 12 offensive player of the week following his 6-touchdown performance Saturday at Reser Stadium.
And wide receiver Jesse Legree is once again the conference’s freshman of the week.
Head coach JaMarcus Shephard is looking ahead towards the next game against UTEP.
“This is the 2nd time that we're gonna be playing in the state of Texas and we're really looking forward to it. We've really been encouraged by what we saw from our team this last weekend and now our attentions on to the next challenge.”
OSU goes back on the road to El Paso this Saturday.

WNBA:
The WNBA regular season is winding down. The Fire host the Valkyries tonight and the Storm entertain the Wings tomorrow night in the season finales for both squads. Portland is 16-and-27 while Seattle is 8-and-35.
