NBA:

The Portland Trail Blazers held their media day yesterday as they get set for the season tip-off less than a month away.

Damian Lillard is set to return after missing all of last season with an Achilles tear.

Dame admitted that at 36-years old he understands he can’t grind every night with a lot of minutes-played.

The roster currently has a lot of players at his position so the former all-star thinks that will be to his benefit.

Training camp begins today featuring several new faces including guard Ja Morant and new head coach Micah Nori.

The first pre-season games are next week.
