(Houston, TX)  --  The Portland Trail Blazers are hoping to keep their momentum going tonight in Houston when they meet the Rockets for Game Two of their best-of-seven playoff series.  The Blazers eked out a Game One win with the help of 77 combined points from LaMarcus Aldridge and Damian Lillard.  Tip-off for tonight's game is set for 6:30.
