Trufant Retires As Seahawk

(Renton, WA)  --  Cornerback Marcus Trufant is done with his NFL career after playing ten seasons with the Seattle Seahawks.  Trufant was cut in training camp before the 2013 season by Jacksonville, and was told by coach Pete Carroll and G.M. John Schneider they wanted him to retire as a Seahawk.  Trufant, who played in high school in Tacoma and college ball at Washington State, announced his retirement yesterday at Seahawks headquarters.
