(Portland, OR)  --  The Portland Trail Blazers lead Houston, three games to one, in their first-round playoff series after grabbing a 123-120 overtime win against the Rockets.  LaMarcus Aldridge scored 29 points and collected ten rebounds to lead the Blazers, while Nicolas Batum added 25 points.  Wesley Matthews made a key steal in the final seconds to seal the win for Portland, who will head to Houston for Game Five Wednesday night.
