(Naples, FL)  --  Former NBA coach and analyst Dr. Jack Ramsay is dead at age 89.  ESPN tweeted that the long-time NBA sideline presence died early this morning in Naples, Florida.  Ramsay had been moved into a hospice last week as part of his long battle with cancer.  He's best known for leading the Portland Trail Blazers to their only NBA championship in 1977.
