(Portland, OR)  --  A kayaker is doing all right after being rescued from Tillamook Bay.  Coast Guard officials say the kayaker was setting crab pots at the bay Saturday when his boat capsized.  Crews rescued the man.  The Coast Guard is reminding boaters that the water is still cold in spite of recent sunny skies and warming temperatures.
