(Gladstone, OR)  --  One man is hospitalized after being attacked with a machete near Gladstone.  Police responded to a home at Rose Street and Jennings Avenue yesterday on reports of a shooting there.  Arriving officers found a man suffering from machete wounds.  Police arrested the suspect a couple blocks away from the scene.  It's not yet clear whether any shots were fired.
