(Portland, OR)  --  No injuries are being reported following an apartment fire in Southeast Portland.  Firefighters responded to the apartment on Southeast Ankeny Street Saturday.  Fire officials say the blaze appears to have started in a basement dryer and then spread all the way to the attic.  Authorities say everyone escaped safely.
