(Salem, OR)  --  A Portland City Hall insider will be advising the governor on transportation issues.  "OregonLive" reports that Brendan Finn was hired Wednesday by Governor Kate Brown as a policy director.  He's been Commissioner Dan Saltzman's chief of staff for thirteen years and will start his new job on May 29th.  Saltzman oversees the Portland Bureau of Transportation, and he is not running for a sixth term.
