Seized Dogs Now Available For Adoption

BEND, OR -- 36 dogs seized as part of an animal neglect case are now available for adoption from the Humane Society of Central Oregon.  The animals were taken by the Deschutes County Sheriff's Office in November, from a Bend property.

Available breeds include Brittany Spaniels, Australian Terriers and Bassett Hounds.  The Humane Society has cared for those dogs for the last eight weeks. They nursed some of the dogs back after they were found emaciated with various medical conditions.
