(Milwaukie, OR)  --  New details are emerging in that case of a severe beating in Milwaukie.  A unidentified man tells KGW-TV he was riding in a vehicle when 59-year-old Joseph Harvey confronted the driver, Timothy Sullivan.  Harvey told police one of the men in the car assaulted him when he asked the man to slow down.  Police have charged Sullivan with second-degree assault.
