(Portland, OR)  --  Get high and get a D-U-I.  That's the message being sent by traffic safety officials in Washington before sales of recreational marijuana begins next week.  The agency is reinforcing the message with three new T-V ads produced by officials in another state with legalized pot: Colorado.
