(Rainier, OR)  --  A 16-year-old girl is dead following a rollover crash near Rainier.  Police say Seeaira Hicks was driving a car along Highway 30 early yesterday morning when the vehicle left the roadway and overturned several times.  Hicks died at the scene.  A 16-year-old boy who was a passenger in the vehicle suffered minor injuries, and is being treated at a Longview hospital.
