(Portland, OR)  --  A five-year-old boy is being treated for a gunshot wound following what police are calling a gang-related crime.  Authorities say the boy was wounded shortly before nine o'clock last night in the 12-thousand-500 block of Southeast Powell Boulevard.  The child's injuries are not considered life-threatening.  Police say multiple shots were fired and the boy was not an intended target.
