(Portland, OR)  --  A 14-year-old Portland boy is reported missing and considered endangered.  Police say Joshua Murphy may appear to be sick and confused, and should not be approached if he's spotted.  Murphy is described as white, five-feet-seven, weighing 130 pounds, last seen wearing a dark green shirt, khaki cargo shorts, and black sneakers.  Anyone who sees Joshua Murphy is asked to call 503-823-0400.
