Oregon, Washington Among Least 'Energy Expensive' States

A new report that ranks energy costs state by state shows Washington and Oregon are among the least "energy-expensive" states in the nation.  The WalletHub.com report has Washington as the second-least expensive, with a total monthly energy cost averaging 302 dollars, which includes electricity, fuel, and natural gas.  Oregon is ranked 14th, with an average monthly energy cost of 328 dollars.  Colorado is listed as the least "energy-expensive" state, while Hawaii is ranked most expensive.
