(Woodland, OR)  --  Cowlitz County sheriff's deputies are investigating after a body was found on the banks of the Columbia River.  Authorities say a fisherman reported seeing the body around 12:30 yesterday afternoon near Woodland.  Deputies say the body appears to have been in the water for several weeks, and the age and gender of the body are not yet known.
