(Portland, OR)  --  A Portland man with diminished mental capacity who had gone missing is now home safe.  Police say 56-year-old Jim Reynolds had been at a bar at Southeast 30th Avenue and Hawthorne Saturday evening but didn't return home as scheduled.  Authorities say Reynolds suffered memory problems stemming from a motorcycle accident.  The Police Bureau reported yesterday Reynolds was located and reunited with his family.
