(Portland, OR)  --  A Southeast Portland family is hoping to get its stolen goat back.  Police say Penelope the goat was swiped sometime Monday morning from the yard where she was kept at the corner of Southeast 122nd and Brookside.  Police say the family pet is a Nigerian dwarf goat, about two-and-a-half feet tall and weighing about 50 pounds.  Officials say the family wants Penelope returned and won't press charges.
