(Salem, OR)  --  Authorities are still searching for an inmate who escaped from the Mill Creek Correctional Facility in Salem.  Officials say 34-year-old Jerry Teixiera was discovered missing from the prison around 2:40 p.m. Saturday, and he's believed to have ridden off with a woman named Lacey Evans.  Teixiera is described as white, six-feet-one, 190 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes.  Evans is described is white, six feet tall, short, platinum-blonde hair, and noticeable tattoos on her chest.
