(Mount Angel, OR)  --  Authorities continue to investigate after a standoff ended with a man killing his ex-girlfriend's mother and then taking his own life.  Police say Daniel Cuanas was found dead Saturday morning of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, following the armed standoff that involved his former girlfriend, Elizabeth Schwartz, and her mother, Kathleen Schwartz.  Elizabeth Schwartz was able to escape the home with her 15-year-old son, but her mother was found dead later by police.  Investigators believe Kathleen Schwartz was killed before police arrived at the scene.
