(Dufur, OR)  --  Oregon State Police are investigating a deadly crash on U.S. 197 near Dufur.  Troopers say Henry Jacob Girtz was a passenger in an SUV that collided with a pickup truck that turned into its path, and died at the scene.  The driver, 59-year-old Linda Girtz, was seriously injured and airlifted to a Portland hospital.  A second passenger is being treated for non-life-threatening injuries, and the driver of the pickup wasn't injured.
