(Albany, OR)  --  Police have a person in custody following a head-on collision that killed a Eugene man.  Authorities say the vehicles collided on Highway 20 in North Albany, around seven a.m. yesterday.  Thirty-seven-year-old Gabriel Lopez died in the crash.  Police have arrested 32-year-old Damon Selves, who allegedly swerved into the oncoming lane and crashed into Lopez's car.
