(Portland, OR) -- A 16-year-old boy is scheduled to spend eleven years in custody for carving a swastika on the forehead of another teen. Blue Christian James Kalmbach is one of four teens to be sentenced in relation to the February torture of the then-16-year-old victim. Prosecutors say Kalmbach attacked the victim with a crowbar and used a box-cutter-type knife to carve the swastika in his forehead. Kalmbach pleaded guilty to charges of first-degree kidnapping, first-degree robbery, and second-degree assault.
