(Clark County, WA)  --  Police are investigating the drowning of a Vancouver man in Yale Lake.  The body of 22-year-old Stephen W. Rilea was recovered yesterday from the lake, which sits in the Clark-Cowlitz county line.  Authorities say Rilea's body was located in an area where he had been swimming yesterday.
