Teen On Sidewalk Injured By Car Involved In Crash

(Vancouver, WA)  --  A 17-year-old boy is seriously injured after he was hit by a car while walking on a sidewalk.  Police say the teen was walking along Northwest 99th Street in Vancouver around 6:20 p.m. Sunday when the vehicle crashed into another car and was sent into the victim.  The driver of the second car suffered injuries that aren't life-threatening.  Police say criminal charges are pending against the driver of the first vehicle, who's identified as 18-year-old Chancellor Pruett of Vancouver.
