(Portland, OR)  --  Police are investigating after dozens of cars in Southeast Portland were damaged in acts of vandalism.  Authorities say windows in more than 36 vehicles were shattered late Monday night from Southeast Powell Boulevard to Tolman Street and from Chavez Boulevard to 60th Avenue.  Police say they have only a vague description of a male suspect on a bicycle.  Crime Stoppers is offering a thousand-dollar reward for information leading to an arrest.
