(Portland, OR)  --  A stretch of Northeast Sandy Boulevard in Portland is closed, following a water-main break.  Oregon Department of Transportation officials say both east and westbound lanes of the boulevard are closed between Northeast 122nd and 138th avenues.  The pipe break happened yesterday afternoon.  Officials say the stretch of Sandy Boulevard will remain closed for several days.
