(Olympia, WA)  --  The Washington State Liquor Control Board says recreational-marijuana sales in the state have topped 12-million dollars.  Legal retail sales of pot began in the state in early July.  SeattlePI.com reports there are now 55 fully licensed retail-marijuana outlets in Washington, with another five approved and waiting on final licensing payments.
