(Gresham, OR)  --  Police in Gresham say a man is facing charges after being accused of stealing one dollar from a gas station.  Thirty-one-year-old Donovan Fogel allegedly demanded two dollars Monday from the clerk at a Chevron station on West Powell Boulevard in Gresham.  Police say Fogel fled the premises after the cashier handed him one dollar.  Fogel was arrested about an hour later, and is facing a charge of second-degree robbery.
