(Beaverton, OR)  --  A Beaverton man who had been reported missing and endangered is safe.  Police say Scobee Mike Bates was located yesterday afternoon in Tigard.  Bates was reported missing Friday after leaving his house without taking his driver's license, credit cards, or money.
