(Portland, OR)  --  Portland police say after a 16-year-old boy was subdued with a Taser by officers, the case is under review. Authorities say officers responded just after midnight Sunday to reports of a disturbance involving a group of nine males and females in the area of North Philadelphia Avenue and Ivanhoe Street. Police say the 16-year-old boy resisted arrest and officers wrestled him to the ground and used a Taser to subdue him. The Police Bureau announced the review after videos of the confrontation were posted on Facebook.
