(Portland, OR)  --  No injuries are being reported after a two-car collision in East Portland sent one of the vehicles through the wall of an apartment.  Police say the apartment was empty yesterday when the car crashed into it in the area of East 50th and Burnside.  The occupant of the apartment had left only minutes earlier to get a cup of coffee.  The second car ran over a fire hydrant.
