(Gaston, OR)  --  Residents in Gaston are returning to their homes as firefighters continue to make progress in battling the Scoggins Creek Fire.  The wildfire, located near Hagg Lake, is reported to be 83-percent contained.  The fire has burned more than 400 acres, but no homes or structures were damaged.
