(Salem, OR)  --  Police are investigating a multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 5 near Salem that left a man dead.  Authorities say psychiatrist Doctor Steven Fritz, who was the husband of Portland City Commissioner Amanda Fritz, died following yesterday morning's crash, which involved a semi-truck.  A passenger in the car with Fritz was critically injured.  Two other people involved in the crash sustained minor injuries.
