(Olympia, WA)  --  Homeowners and small-business owners affected by wildfires that hit Washington over the summer will get some help from the federal government.  Governor Jay Inslee says the Small Business Administration has approved a request he made last week, making emergency disaster assistance available to qualified businesses and residents.  The counties included under the declaration are Okanogan, Chelan, Douglas, Ferry, Grant, Lincoln, Skagit, and Whatcom.
