(Portland, OR) -- A man who's accused of committing a murder near Portland City Hall is facing new charges. A grand jury has issued an indictment against 20-year-old Andrew William Metzler, charging him with first-degree assault, third-degree assault, and unlawful use of a weapon, in addition to the murder charge. Eighteen-year-old Wesley Lawrence Curtis is also accused of being involved in the murder of 43-year-old Marc Sundlin, who was found stabbed to death across the street from City Hall on October 20th. Metzler is scheduled for arraignment later this morning.
